Delivery and Returns Policy

At Green Grocers Florist, we’re committed to providing fresh, beautiful flowers and a smooth delivery experience. Please read our Delivery & Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Delivery Policy

Delivery Areas
We deliver across Bellbowrie, Moggill, Pinjarra Hills, Anstead, Mount Crosby, Karana Downs, Karalee, Pullenvale, Brookfield, Kenmore & Chapel Hill. If your location is outside our delivery zone, we will contact you to arrange alternatives.
Delivery Times
Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday and 11am on Sunday. No deliveries available on Sunday.
Sunday & Public Holidays: We do not deliver unless by special arrangement. Please contact us prior to ordering.
Special Dates
During peak periods like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, delivery times may vary. We recommend ordering early to secure your preferred delivery window.
Delivery Instructions
Please ensure:
Accurate delivery address and contact details are provided.
You specify if flowers can be left unattended (e.g., “leave at front door”).
Gated or secured buildings have clear access instructions.
If no one is home and it’s unsafe to leave the delivery, we will contact you or the recipient, or return the order to the store. Re-delivery may incur an additional fee.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged or Unsatisfactory Items
If your flowers arrive:
Damaged
Not as ordered
In poor condition
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will investigate and offer:
A replacement
A refund
A store credit
— depending on the situation.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind once an order has been arranged or delivered.
Order Cancellations
Orders cancelled 24+ hours before delivery may be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may incur a fee or be non-refundable if flowers have already been prepared.
